This class focuses on developing strength, power, coordination, and body control as applied to dance. Through technical floor work and acrobatic transitions, students strengthen their arms, core, and lower body, improving stability, spatial awareness, and confidence in movement.
This class provides physical tools that expand the dancer’s stage vocabulary and complement classical and contemporary technique.
