Studied at the National Ballet School in Lima, Peru. Attended classical and neo-classical ballet workshops in Düsseldorf, Essen, and Hagen Theater (Germany). Former member of the Arts Ballet Theater of Florida. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Classical Dance Teaching and is certified in Barré Intensity.

Barre Sculpt blends ballet inspired barre work with Pilates based strength training to tone, lengthen and energize your entire body. Expect small, precise movements that fire up your legs and glutes, controlled core work to support posture, and graceful upper body sequences that build lean strength.
This class is designed to challenge without overwhelming. You will leave feeling taller, steadier and beautifully activated from head to toe.
