The demands of everyday life increase our level of stress and cortisol, causing migraines, insomnia, anxiety and thus health problems, a great tool to mitigate cortisol and calm our nervous system is restorative yoga that with breathing, soft and slow movements in an atmosphere of tranquility help us to activate our parasympathetic nervous system, helping us to improve the quality of sleep, better manage stress and this helps us to have a better quality of life.
