Andrea Hein

She began her studies at the National Ballet School in Lima, Peru. She participated in classical and neo-classical ballet workshops in Düsseldorf, Essen, and Hagen Theater (Germany). She was a member of the Arts Ballet Theater company in Florida. She holds a bachelor's degree in classical dance teaching and is certified in Barré Intensity.

At any stage of adulthood, but especially after the age of 40, it is very important to introduce weight training into our routine to improve our hormones and metabolism (more muscle means more fat burning), prevent osteoporosis and osteopenia, and improve our energy and performance in our daily lives.
