A fitness and dance technique inspired by classical ballet, in which traditional barre exercises are performed on the floor, either lying down or sitting.

By eliminating the effects of gravity, this class allows for a more mindful focus on body alignment, rotation, flexibility, and deep muscle strength, serving as a fundamental foundation for improving technique and movement control.
